Shipping policy

1. Dispatch & Processing

At ORVEN, we prioritize quality. Each piece is inspected for perfection before it leaves our studio.

  • Classic Essentials: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Painted & Graphic Collections: Because our gamer, couple, and artistic designs require careful handling, please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates (Domestic - Egypt)

We offer premium courier services to ensure your apparel arrives safely.

  • Orders Above 2000 LE: Complimentary (FREE) Shipping.

  • Orders Below 2000 LE: A flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, expected delivery windows are as follows:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–3 business days.

  • Delta & Canal Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries are made Sunday through Thursday. Friday is a day of rest for our courier partners.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an SMS or email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure the highest level of service, we encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival. If the external packaging appears significantly damaged, please document it with a photo and contact our concierge team at [admin@orven-eg.com] within 24 hours.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to contact you via phone or WhatsApp before delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts to reach you or deliver the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply to ship the items again.
