3. Product Accuracy & Hand-Crafted Variations

We strive to display our garment colors and textures as accurately as possible.

  • Artistic Variation: For "painted" or custom-style items, you acknowledge that slight variations in stroke or color may occur, making each piece a unique work of wearable art.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our luxury fit guide before purchasing, as "Classic" and "Oversized" fits may differ.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: As noted on our storefront, orders exceeding 2000 LE qualify for complimentary shipping.

  • Processing: Due to the curated nature of our collections (Gamers, Couples, Football), processing times may vary based on stock availability.

5. Returns & Exchanges

To maintain our high standards of quality:

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all ORVEN tags attached.

  • Custom-painted or personalized "Couple" sets may be subject to restricted return policies due to their bespoke nature.
